As an executive and manager at Hewlett Packard, Agilent, Varian and Thermo Fisher Scientific I have seen that with certain kinds of individual and collective intensity, any business goal can be exceeded, and major disadvantages can be overcome. The difference between organizations whose people and teams have this emotional engagement and those that don’t is huge and it is measured in dollars and individual fulfillment — or a regretable lack of both.
Knowing that, I couldn’t not make time to share ideas and tools that I see make exceptional leaders and teams.
About the Site Owner
Taia Ergueta is an experienced operational executive and business strategist who creates technology-driven growth. She has managed the start, acceleration and turn-arounds of businesses in the computer services, personal computing and life sciences industries. She held General Management, Corporate Development and Operations leadership roles, all with worldwide responsibility in Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Ergueta helps startups, mature companies, non-profits and individuals successfully seize challenging opportunities. She also advises on social entrepreneurship. She has conducted business, entrepreneurship and influence training in the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Nicaragua, Italy, and Mexico.
Taia holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Born in Bolivia at 12,000+ft of elevation, she has a lot of stamina.
